Gnobrin posted over on the SOE EQ2 forums they are having a stress test this weekend for POTBS. Posting it here for your convenience. :-)

There is a Pirates of the Burning Sea Stress Test Event beginning today, Thursday, November 15 until 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 19th. Players who are interested in participating need to set sail for FilePlanet to sign up for the weekend play test.
Once registered, players will be taken to a page with both a link to the Pirates installer and a Stress Test key. You will not be able to apply your FilePlanet key until they are activated. Check the Pirates of the Burning Sea site to find out when the FilePlanet keys can be applied.

man this mean beta server lag is going to go way up...they let everyone and their brother into tabula rasa it was unplayable the last 2 weeks of beta...

But I hope you guys get to play, it should be a good time had for all, the game is very good IMO.

Sadly, that's still the case today for EU servers during prime time, though the population is already dropping as a result. So They really didn't take into account EU market sphere.
Main means of communication VoIP with 12 different languages trying to speak English as they didn't think seperate German & French servers / channels would be needed...

Yep that definately sucks more, at least English is my native language. In wow we have a lot of Russians on my server but they are all pretty proficient in English and we also have a lot of aussis but well they speak english, most we get is a misunderstanding about slang. lol

So? How was it? Or was this stress test still under NDA? I can't imagine a free access event like this to be under NDA. So tell the stories! Is there something worth playing on the horizon, or do I have to make due with the pirate costumes in City of Villains?
