After much badgering, potbs.coldfront.net was able to acquire a spiffy devlog from Troy "Aether" Hewitt, FlyingLab Software's "Community Envoy". The log is entitled "A Day in the Life of Troy Hewitt". It gives details on just what the title implies: What Aether does for his employer and for the community. Now, at first I thought his job of acting as an intermediary between FLS and the PotBS community(ies) sounded sort of cushy, but after reading though his devlog, I realized how much pressure he must have pushed on him, from both the fans and the higher-ups.
